What to say

Four kinds of message
I

Questions about the app

How something works, whether it fits your course, or something that looks wrong.

Include: What you were doing and what you expected instead.

II

Schools and classrooms

Running Juror with a class, several teachers, or a whole department. There is nothing to buy.

Include: Your school, roughly how many students, and when you want to start.

III

Data and deletion

See what we hold about an account, correct it, export the work, or delete it entirely. Parents and guardians may ask on behalf of their child.

Include: The email address on the account, and whether it was created through a school.

IV

Reporting a problem

Model output that should not have been produced, something unsafe in a class, or a security issue.

Include: Enough detail to reproduce it. For a security issue, please tell us before telling anyone else.

Before you write

Juror does not give legal adviceWe cannot answer a question about your own legal situation, and the app is a study aid rather than a source you should rely on.
Changing your own details is fasterName, email, password and picture can be changed on the profile page once you are signed in.
If it is urgent and involves a studentSay so in the subject line and we will treat it that way.
