Four steps, one round at a time.
You are never asked to memorise a list. You read the law, commit to a position, and defend it.
Read the text
Every amendment comes as a full module. The words as ratified, the history behind them, the doctrine courts built on top, and checkpoints that mark whether it landed.
Take a side
Pick a question that is still argued today, then pick your position on it. You can also work from a landmark case or a fact pattern instead.
Argue it out
You open, the other side answers what you actually wrote, and you reply. It changes approach between rounds, so the same argument does not work twice.
Read your score
Ten weighted categories, from logic and use of precedent to how well you handled the reply. You see the reasoning behind each mark and what to fix.

Marks are set against the level you choose, so a beginner and a law student are held to different standards on the same question. A misstated holding caps the accuracy score no matter how well it reads.
